Let’s talk about unfiltered content
One of the best ways to influence someone is by making them relaxed and bring their defenses down…

If you are able to do this, you can change the mind of anyone over time. Social media has been able to do this effectively and with a generation like Gen-Z and Millennials it is even more prevalent.

The social media feature I am after today is the TikTok’s Foryou page, Instagram and Facebook reel, and YouTube Short…
These features do not allow you to choose your content, rather the “algorithm” feeds you with what it thinks is good for you

what I’m trying to say?
Choose what goes into your heart, don’t doom scroll your life away…

Choose that conversation, that friend, that clip, and that group. Don’t let people with funny agendas shove just anything down your throat and destroy your life

*A practical tip: instead of easily accessing social media through apps on your phone, why don’t you restrict it to your laptop or desktop…
in doing so, you won’t get to enjoy the experience as you usually would and you won’t spend so much time there.
